    ******, IN, 47304mells like mold and the housekeeper said she cant get rid of the smell 6 room she clean but air didnt work the window opened but with no type of child lock I was afraid because I have ********** was almost 1am before we got into a room. To me I would be ashamed below is the case number with choice I can send picture but for the company right now Im not uploading them

    My mom and I booked two rooms with double beds threw Booking.com for the hotel Quality Inn and Suites ******************************************* they only had one room with two beds ********** GM ****** offered to give us a refund and told us first to contact Booking to inform them we did at ************** they acted like they couldnt hear us .they hung up on us , put us on hold then hung up very unprofessional I informed the hotel they then informed us they wouldnt give us a refund .I then contacted the ****** police to get a police report made out long story short I do not recommend anyone use them this hotel and booking .com are a bunch of professional scammer. and we want our money back because they only provided us with one room
