    In May I paid for a monthly subscription for **** and the same in **** for July. At the end of **** beginning of July I contact the business about not receiving the **** subscription. I was told that the business had a fire and equipment burnt up. The business told me they were waiting on the new to arrive and then the orders would be filled. I waited until mid August and contact the business again on a Thursday I was told my orders would ship out by Monday. Also on the website it showed my order was filled on the 26th of July. I still have not received my orders. I tried to contact the business but get no answer. At this point I just want my money refunded.

    I have paid $90 total. $30 in May, June and July. I have not received any products. I also have sent atleast 5 emails trying to get a response and no answer. I either want the product or my money back.

    Placed an online order on May 12, 2023 for badge buddy ******* and accessories. The total of the order was $54.00 and order number was ****. On May 24th, I received notification the item was being shipped as there was a shipping label created. I reached out in June as no shipment had ever started on the delivery status through tracking. She responded on June 25th, stating she had dropped the product off at post office and she would follow up with them. July 3rd and July 8th, I reached out again as I had not heard any response. July 10th she responded saying she had made new ones as the package could not be located. Reached out again July 14th & July 22nd as to when she responded saying there was a catastrophic fire that destroyed everything and she was using a *****************. She stated she would have my order shipped that week. A shipping label has again been created but nothing has changed. I have reached out numerous times since with no response, refund or product. July 25th is the last time she has said anything. I have requested a refund from the business.
