      They don't pay their vendors! I was contacted June 2023 by CEO ************************* with an urgent need for graphic design for an upcoming event. Since I had worked with them 10 years ago, I did not have them sign a contract. BIG mistake. I worked around the clock for them for more than a month, finishing more than 50 pieces of graphic design for their event. When I invoiced them, they assured me it would be paid. "We've got you covered, ******** ***************** makes big claims about representing and empowering women, growing in faith, etc., but they sure stiffed THIS woman freelance designer. I repeatedly contacted them, finally making arrangements in November 2023 for them to make payments. They agreed and sent ONE partial payment. After that, NOTHING. They stopped answering phone calls and emails. Apparently, they feel they have paid enough by paying 1/4th of the total bill. (Theres a reason they only want to hire interns.) I was SO disappointed in their refusal to live up to their business model of empowering women. Be wary of working for them as they will play the victim card after refusing to pay you your just wages.
