    On February 15, 2023, I purchased, 3 Hour of House Cleaning with Two Cleaners from National Deep Cleaning Experts, via ******* for $163.00. I then received instructions to call National Deep Cleaning Experts at **************, to schedule. Upon calling I was told I would receive a call back from the person who handles ******* vouchers. I received a text message within the same hour from the same number I called above, from someone named ******, she took my ******* voucher number, address, and phone number and informed me that I would receive a call back with the scheduled date and time. I never received a call back so I continued to call and text over the weekend only to find that the number was either disconnected or had my number blocked. I then reached out to ******* for a resolution via email and chat from February ***** and they provided no help, only stating that the merchant reported that I redeemed the voucher and had service performed. I repeatedly denied having service performed or scheduled and requested a phone call from ******* but they either ignored my request or responded that there was nothing they can do and issued me a $10 voucher. I again called National Deep Cleaning Experts at the same number and this time from a different phone number and the call finally went through. I briefly spoke with. a woman that worked for the company who gave me no information. She said she was just a receptionist and didn't know anything. She said she would pass my information to her supervisor, whom she would only name "***", she refused to give me a phone number or email address. This company is using ******* to sell vouchers and take people money and then block their phone numbers. They use fake addresses as well and since my bad review on ******* I see other people with the same complaints and also on the company's ******** page as well. ******* should be held accountable as well.
