    Been a customer for a long time, delivery of paper is a joke anymore have to call just to get a paper delivered, after so many calls they transfer you to a live agent from there on out still the same problem. now we get a renewal notice for about ***** dollars more called and got it down and asked for them to send statement so we can pay said they would nothing ever cam and they cancelled our subscription. called again and said they would email me one, it came but now they want more money than what was agreed upon and not only that they want you to pay with a debit or credit card that way you are enrolled in automatic billing. I have and never will do any automatic ******** on anything to hard to get them to cancel subscription and they can charge what ever they want when comes time to pay again and if not canceled in time you are charged a ***** dollars cancellation fee. all the had to do is send me a statement of what i agreed to pay and they would still have a customer, but no they try and get you to pay more so good by to the Times your fault for not agreeing on what you said and for you poor delivery service. at least it will save me about three phone calls a week which i was getting tired of. GOOD BY TIMES ITS ON YOU NOW FOR POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!!!!!! I would give them a 0 star if I could.

    Why were the comics section changed? Its awful right now. And where is Dear ***** and *******? And what about the horoscope every day? If this is gonna continue I am just going to cancel my subscription. I have been receiving the times for over 25 years.. I dont know who changed everything that was so good, it needs to be back to the way it was. *********************
