I am writing this on behalf of my dad *******. My name is ********. I signed him up for the new mover deal for 26 weeks of 7 day delivery and paid $58.99 on 3/6/23.I am attaching a picture of the deal we selected. There were 2 options, the one we chose is circled in red and the price listed matches the amount we paid. A 2nd picture is included from his times account which reflects the same amount as being paid. So the offer amount and paid amount match. I have tried on multiple occasions to get this solved and keep getting told I signed up for only 13 weeks which is no true. I have offered to email these pictures to the customer service reps each time and was told no we don't do that. A week and a half ago I was told they were escalating my problem and someone would call back. Nobody did so I called today again. Now I am told they will escalate a follow up call for the 1st escalation. And, when I asked how long would it take for a call back I was told they cannot give an answer for that. I told him I feel like they are scamming and doing a bait and switch and again remindedhim how nobody wants me to send proof e ery time I offer it. I also said an escalation should have been resolved before a week and a half and was told oh do you have experience working in customer service. I then told the rep I was going to file a complaint with the BBB and he said ok.
