       I am rejecting this response because: they have been saying that since March. Also, now they charged me another $1 just the other day.

      She should've already received the $14.99 refund as this was showing on her account on 05/23/25.
       
      We've credited the account to stop any additional charges. We've also submitted a refund request for $7 (the 7, $1 charges) please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and receipt. We apologize for the additional $1 charges and thank her for bringing it to our attention.

       I am rejecting this response because: I did receive the $14.99 refund but have been in the hospital for major surgery and have not had the chance to see if the additional refund of the $7 went through. It seems, like everything with this company except customers paying them, things take awhile. Once I see the additional $7 refund has processed, I will accept the response. I do not trust them at all. Thanks to the BBB for all the efforts on my behalf.

      I subscribed to the Times of Indiana to read a couple articles for my job (I am a Communications Director for the Cook County Circuit Court). I tried to cancel the subscription in January and was told they were having technical difficulties and that the subscription would be canceled as soon as they were resolved - I was given to understand this would be a day or two. It has still not been canceled. I have called repeatedly. I now can't talk to anybody. I try to talk to someone through customer service and keep getting the call discontinued. I've tried reaching out to the front office. I've tried email. I've even tried the newsroom -- where I'm told I can't leave a voicemail because the voicemail is full! What's wrong with these people?? I want my money back from January and February - $14.99 each month. I don't want to be charged again.

      I have a subscription with this company and I have been trying to cancel for over a month. Their website and app says their site is under maintenance for certain services so you cant cancel your account. Also, nobody answers when calling. I sent an email and a response was received that my subscription cannot be canceled since their system Is under maintenance. So basically there is no way to cancel my subscription. This cannot be. This is a trap. They must supply some way to cancel.

      I am trying to cancel my subscription. I wanted to cancel and maybe come back to it later. But I did not want a pause. I want a CANCEL. I have to call during business hours? Plus, reading the other reviews that the cancellations never went through, shady. Will not ever subscribe again if I can ever unsubscribe from it. A subscription cancellation require a phone call during certain business hours. If you want to make money, make your business user friendly and give people the freedom to cancel without it being difficult. You don't ask me when you change my product cost (informing and asking are 2 different things)... Why should I ask you to cancel?

      I have attempted to cancel my digital subscription several times, yet I still am being charged $26.99 each month. The only way to cancel is to call their customer service number and each time the representative tells me the subscription is cancelled. I ask for email verification of the subscription being cancelled but they are unable to do so which is odd given its a digital subscription.

      I have subscribed to the *** Times Newspaper.I have been unable to access my account.Each time that I call, I get a call center in ***************.I need access to my account.The call center representatives do not understand that I have a technical issue and been unable to help me.
