  I order from this company like I normally do for lunch or dinner and I order the same thing 12 wings all flats with the Buffalo bbq sauce. I was given all flats with Buffalo sauce. The sauce is thin and does not taste like what I normally ordered. I called the company and asked if they were able to bring me a new batch. And she said I will go get the manager. The owner (Danny) was rude and stayed yeah you talked to my daughter, like I needed to know that information. I didnt. He stated so you want me to bring you 12 new wings and I said if you can. He goes no I will bring you buffalo sauce and you can do it yourself I have never in my life been talked to the way he talked to me. I asked if i can have a refund because Im at work and can not leave which is why I ordered delivery. And he stated no I will bring you 6 wings and I said no. He said well how is that fair to me I made the sauce myself. And I said and how is that fair to me you didnt give me my correct order. He then proceeded to argue with me and say we can go at this all day i told him he put too much Buffalo sauce on them and he kept saying well I will send out bbq sauce for you. I said I dont have time to put together a meal at work which is why I ordered from you. I told him this wasnt my only time ordering from him *** ordered the same thing multiple times and he goes well I will refund you for the wings and I will never refund you again. And I said you wont have to I will never order from here again. And he said well Im not going to refund you. How is this okay in any type of way. This needs to be addressed and discussed. This man was rude. Had no customer service and was the owner of the business. I am disgusted.

  To whom it may concern,

  ******************* ordered 12 wing with buffalo BBQ, delivered to her place of work, she had called saying the wings where a little spicy to her liking. She has previously ordered this sauce from here before, and it was identical to the previous order. Buffalo sauce is a spicy sauce, even though it is mixed with BBQ. She claims she had eaten 3-6 wings, she told me she ate 3 and my daughter she had eaten 6. She stated they where getting hotter as she was eating them. Upon speaking to her I told her I would have no problem bringing her out another sauce to balance the spice, which she extremely rudely responded "no" you're going to bring me a whole new order right now. After speaking with her I told her I would refund her entire order, which we did besides the delivery charge and tip because that is out of my control. I spoke with her for awhile and had an extremely hard time trying to come to a conclusion because she would not let me get a word in to explain myself. After refunding her I attempted to explain to her that the sauce has been the same for over 40 years, and I would not be able to refund another order that has this sauce, because it would be the same product.

   I am rejecting this response because: it is a lie and inaccurate response. The business Danny was ******* me off the phone trying to get me to be satisfied with a cup of bbq sauce. That I stated I did not have time to mix with the wings because I was at work. I ate 3 wings. As I uploaded a picture of the wings. I did not have 6. His daughter lied. I do not appreciate the response i received from this business and will not be satisfied for receiving a refund for the wings that were not made correctly. Otherwise I would have ordered just plain hot wings.
