    My order confirmation number was: KFP-******* My initial deposit was $168.37 and it was due on the day of arrival, Thursday March 28th. My stay was supposed to be from March 28th to April 2nd.The total amount charged to my credit card was $864.45. The company policy does not refund for acts of Mother Nature such as power outages or flooding. No specifications for health hazards, however. In my text, I politely messaged the owner(s) at 11:43pm March 28th and left after leaving the keys on the table. I did not have the opportunity to spend a single night there despite initially enjoying my stay. I calmly informed them of the bedbugs I foundwhich they later denied seeing. In photos attached, there are bedbugs under the bed along with diatomaceous powder surrounding the corners of the room. Diatomaceous powder is a naturally occurring substance used in ************** pest control. After seeing this, I decided it wasnt safe to stay. I cannot afford to have nearly $1,000 wasted for no reason, and would rather have had the owners nicely compromise with me than waste my time.

    In regards to the complaint, first we are unaware of any pictures. Secondly after she text us we thoroughly examined the room and found nothing. We take bed bugs extremely serious and are very proactive in yes treating the rooms, adding monitors, and putting casings on pillows, box springs, and mattresses.

    We also tried to reach out to the guest to help resolve this issue but have not gotten any replies back from her
