    On January 26th of this year we had made reservations at the cabin at Hard truth for 2 nights, checking in on June 2nd this year. When we booked the cabin we were told that it was available for those dates. I am now being told that they only had ** booked for one night and will no longer honor our reservations because someone else has booked it for the rest of the weekend. We were offered to pick another weekend and if there is availability we can change to that weekend for our stay. Weve had this planned since January, have people taking off work to watch our kids, and people coming from out of town to meet ** next weekend. Another weekend doesnt work. We just want our reservations honored.

    On feb 17 i purchased two tickets for barrel tour that included a free bottle of bourbon with each ticket. I called distillery and asked if we could pay partial tour price for one ticket to avoid having two bottles of bourbon. I was told yes, and to remind them day of tour and they would credit card back partial amount. On may 13 we reminded guy at counter and he stated he remembered our call and it would take ***** hours for credit to show. To date credit has not showed. I called Tuesday may 16 and Wednesday may 17; no one answers phone and i left voicemail. I ask that a bottle of my choice of three be mailed to me since i paid full price for tour ticket and they refuse to return my call or credit me for partial tour.Very diss appointed as we purchased additional merchandise, ate lunch at restaurant and purchased additional bottles while there visiting from out of state.

    Hello I am following up on a complaint. I purchased the race ticket to run todays race. I put down my **shirt size when I registered online. When I went to check in, they ran out of **shirts and they only had large and extra-large. I am a small. The lady who is working the table was extremely rude and disrespectful. She said sorry were out and I cant do anything about it. Bottom line is when you register for a race and it includes a **shirt and you put down the **shirt size they should have been more deligiant on confirming people are picking up the right sizes. There was a male there that was extremely accommodating and good with customer service. He gave me his contact information and I will be following up with him. He said he will mail me a shirt or do something to accommodate me for not getting a shirt for the race today. He agreed it was wrong that they ran out of shirts. If you want to do races, you need to make sure you have shirts for the recipients. Us runners when we do races like to get the **shirts. The race it self and the course was excellent. I will follow up with the number given for the shirt. But the lady working the **shirt table needs some customer service guidance.********************* Phone ************

    This complaint was made on the day of the event by the guest. She was given the phone number of our Event Coordinator to follow up with after the event. She reached out to him and he gave her information to me. I called and left a voicemail for *****. I spoke with ***** and apologized for not having a shirt available in her size. The day of the event we had shirts available to offer her. However, it wasn't the size she signed up for. I was unable to just order one additional shirt for this guest. Therefore, I refunded her full registration for the event. She said thank you and said she had a great time at the event. This complaint has been solved to the best of our ability. Thank you!
