      I (and many others) purchased tickets from the business for an ******************* show to be held in June of 2022. Due to Covid, the show was canceled. To the date of this complaint, no refunds have been provided by the Music Center.I have been in contact with the center several times about this, only to be given the same old song and dance. "Once the show is rescheduled, you'll have an opportunity to cancel your tickets and receive a refund at that time. It's out of our hands." For six months we have waited. Still, they keep our money and refuse to provide refunds for a show they have not been able to provide while blame-shifting.I have found that the Brown County ***** of ************* owns the music center. These are individuals who are supposed to look out for the public, not steal their money. Obviously, none of them have acknowledged this as "stealing", as most public officials tend to ignore their constituents.It is time for refunds. Six months of ignoring their obligations to do so is going way too far, even for politicians. There are many of us who have been in contact with each other and are refusing to attend any of their forthcoming events because of this act of theirs. Obviously, it hasn't been enough. Thus, this correspondence to the BBB.Please help those who have been bilked of our hard-earned money by the center and those who own it. All of us would greatly appreciate your involvement.       Hello, 

       

      Our venue policy states that when an event is postponed we will refund ticket holders 30 days before the new event date. The ******************* Event is in a postponed status. Once it is rescheduled we will indeed have a 30 day window before the new event date where customers can obtain a refund. If the event is canceled, we will refund ticket holder immediately. 

       

      I completely understand the frustration of the event not being rescheduled. It is very frustrating for all involved. Because of that frustration we will honor a refund to ****************. Please allow 30 business days for this refund to be processed. **************** purchased his tickets through Ticketmaster, and I will have to submit a refund request on his behalf. If he has any questions regarding his refund, he may email me at *********************************.
