      Our HOA (The ******) in ***************** has contracted with Strypes to do the mowing of the common areas in our housing area. Strypes has had the contract for a few years now. Their performance has been spotty at best. They constantly skip mowing areas that are supposed to mow. They skip mowing for a week at time. Very poor performance overall. Our HOA is also a low performer so that could be part of the problem. I'm not sure what they do but checking up on contracted work doesn't seem interest them. The landscaper that previously had the mowing contract did an excellent job. They never missed anything. I would not recommend Strypes for any landscaping service. Very subpar.
