    Purchased two prepaid cleans based on performance of one initial clean. Vendor cancelled scheduled clean and blocked attempts to reschedule or provide refund. Attempts to reschedule cleans or refund by contact by phone, email, text, and social media all repeatedly unsuccessful. Was informed that I was welcome to file a dispute with my credit card company or obtain a lawyer.

    ****** was supposed to clean my home. I paid her for her services in advance. She started posting on social media that she was having issues with cleans and was going to be dissolving her company and opening under a new name. She stated she would be giving refunds or completing the promised house clean. I messaged ****** several times in regards to my scheduled clean or asking about a refund. After multiple times of checking I realized she deleted all her social media accounts. I also realized she deleted the cleaning company email address and I was no longer able to get ahold of her. She stole money from me and did not give me the home cleaning services that were promised. I am still not able to find her on any form of social media or email.

    On December 3rd, 2023 I paid $240 for a cleaning that was suppose to happen on Saturday April 27th, 2024. On December 22, 2023 I paid $100 for a cleaning that was suppose to happen on Wednesday September 4th, 2024. On January 20th, 2024 I paid $100 for a cleaning that was suppose to happen on Saturday November 30th, 2024. On Friday April 26th, 2024 the day before my first cleaning I paid for I got an email saying ****** will no longer be cleaning houses anymore and would not make it tomorrow or to any cleanings in the future. After that day, I never heard from her. I reached out by email on May 16th asking when I would get my money back and I have not heard back from her. She has deleted all social media for her business, including her own personal page.

    ****** had done an excellent job cleaning my home. So great that I purchased 2 Christmas gift certificates, a gift certificate for my sister who was about to have a baby and prepaid two cleans for myself. ****** started cancelling cleans ans eventually cancelled on all the dates I had purchased because the gift certificates were for certain days. She then emailed and said a refund would be coming. She deleted her Facebook and told all clients on instagram not to file claims on their credit cards and to only communicate with her by email. I emailed on at least 3 different occasions over a month with no response until eventually it said the email was shut down and then the Instagram was shut down. I tried to contact her by phone and no response. I would just like my money back as I had trusted her and feel completely scammed.
