    In October 2022, my family and I called Servpro to look at my roof, which was damaged due to high winds and rain. Aside from the roof, my bedroom was growing mold from the leak. The day that Servpro decided to come to investigate the damage, they forgot; they arrived two days later. When the company came to have me sign the contract, They guy he sent spent more time talking in circles, and playing on his phone in the bedroom when he was supposed to be looking at it, When Servpro came back to take the paneling and insulation down, we were promised that they would take out a standing closet and built in dressers that were damaged. They did not. When I asked them about following their word, I was ignored. My elderly father, who is more than 90 percent blind, and I took it down. Two days after the company took the paneling and insulation down, they placed dehumidifiers and fans in the room to draw out moisture. I did not see them again for another seven weeks. Prior to not seeing Servpro for seven weeks, I was sent a rude email about how they were waiting on my adjuster to send the funds and the approval to move forward with the project which was already sent and they knew this, finally when they sent someone out, didn't do the whole roof just a repair only, called insurance company they had to redo estimate because serve pro screwed up, when they finally got around to doing it, they sent a company that doesn't do paneling and they screwed it up that they had to put wooden strips up to hide the screw ups. In the middle of all this they meaning the contractor has an issue with an 82 year old man that is almost completely blind and hard of hearing and make lies about him and why they cannot do there work and left so i rewind my video cameras to see this "incident" that he claims happened and nothing of the sort happened and yes i had cameras up in plain site so i can keep an eye on things when i wasn't home cause they kept going in a room they had no reason to be in.

    They had poor customer service and they never talk to you. If you ask questions would get rude answers. They came to my house I have dogs and they was put in a cage and the guy said put them dogs behind closed door or I will leave. Then they left a mess in the kitchen and the vent was not covered either. I just had to replace my AC unit because it had saw dust and dirt clogged it up. It was $4500.00 And you try to call them company and you do not get to speak to no one. THIS IS SAD AND NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE EITHER. NO ONE WANTS TO LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER EITHER OR EVEN TELL THEM WHAT THAT ARE DOING.
