I wish all companies were as easy to work with as United Dynamics .The work was done and completed in 2 days. You would have never known they had been there since the property was left so clean afterward. Fernando, the project manager,, Daniel, and Artemio, the rest of the crew, were wonderful. They were so professional, friendly, and very hard-working. Fernando was easy to approach and answered all of my questions. Starting with our initial contact, Jeff and this crew, United Dynamics are the easiest and most professional business/crew with which I have ever worked."

"My husband and I are very happy with the foundation repair work performed by United Dynamics’ team. We could hardly tell they were here, because everything looked so neat and tidy after they were done, and the big gaps between some of the rows of bricks were neatly closed up. Nowadays, it's difficult to find any company that is reputable, reliable,
and stands behind their work. We feel United Dynamics has all of those

I have always been very satisfied with the work United Dynamics does. They are always on the job when they say they will be there, and when they leave the clean-up is exceptional. I have had to call on them several times and ever time their work has been very professional and prompt. I would recommend them highly and have personally been satisfied with their work. We were overwhelmed with all going on in our basement. We needed waterproofing & also found out that we had one wall that was bowing. We called United Dynamics to get an estimate of what needed to be done, a price, & how soon could they start. We thought they were very reasonable with their price & started the first day we were able to accomodate them as we had to move stuff to get to the walls. They worked inside & outside & left the house just like they found it, including the rocks, etc. outside. We found them very professional, neat, punctual, & courteous. Can't thank them enough for doing nothing! It's hard to find a professional these days that isn't a salesman. I had Patrick come out and inspect some issues that could have pointed to a foundation issue. According to his assessment, I don't have any foundation issues and just a few cosmetic drywall issues, and a couple of subfloor issues. I really can't thank them enough for being honest professionals. It's easy to take advantage of people without the experience needed to make a proper assessment.United Dynamics, Inc.

Original concrete repair was not done well, and a water pipe was damaged.
Both issues were handled without hassle and to excellent results. We didn't
ever have to continually call for resolution. You called us to make sure the

United Dynamics, Inc. replaced two basement support posts in the basement of my house that was built in 1930. They did an excellent job. They removed the old wooden posts and disposed of them for me. They cleaned up afterward. They were very professional and answered my questions. A very good experience and I would recommend United Dynamics, Inc.United Dynamics, Inc.

Tirso and his crew did a great job! Tirso kept me informed on project progression. The crew stayed until 6pm one night to keep project on time. The crew even salted driveway one night when temperature was freezing plus cleaned driveway the next day. Driveway was cleaned on Friday night after all the lift/foam work was completed!
