    Purchased recliner sofa and love seat. After about 11 months from purchase stated noticeing the springs sagging on sofa. Called but call was after 1 year was up. first call was to Jessica, she first said warranty was for one year. When I stated the warranty paperwork stated 5 years for springs she said she would call me back. No call back.
    A couple weeks later I called and spoke with either Butch or Nick and they said they would send someone out to look. 2 weeks or so went by and Nick and another guy did show up and looked at sofa and said there was some braces broke, etc. They kept looking for serial numbers which were suppose to be attached to furniture. (I remember the delivery guys tore them off. At the time I was not concerned but see now why they did it). Never got another call from either of these guys.
    Called again and spoke with Todd, the owner. He said he knew nothing about it and would find out and call back. NEVER got a call back from him although I did receive a call from Jessica stating that Todd was in hospital with Kidney stones.
    Called again and spoke with Butch who said he knew nothing and would investigate and call me back. NO CALL BACK. This place is a sham and should be shut down by authorities.

    I purchased 2 power recliners on 5/27/2022. In Oct. 2022 I called to have someone come out and check both chairs for some issues. No one came or called after me calling for over 2 weeks. when calling, there was always an excuse why they hadn't called or came to my house. I called on April 24,2023 someone at the store said the manufacturer would repair or replace without seeing the problems. I asked for a refund and was told the owner would not refund, so I choose replacement and they would call me. From 4/24 2023 til 6/21 2023 no one contacted me. On 6/21/2023 I called and talked to the owner was told the chairs were in but needed to be unpacked and inspected (would call me) never happened. I called one month later on 7/25/2023 chairs not unpacked. after some words with the owner and being called a nit picker and a refund was not going to happened because he had too much money and time invested. I guess he didn't consider the time and money that I had invested. Said he wanted me to be happy but a refund was not going to happen. I told him to keep his chairs. So he has his new chairs and I have damaged chairs. Will never buy there again, not that they care. So buyer beware.

    It is a manufacturers warranty not the store.  The manufacturer has sent 2 replacement chairs the customer is very picky and we told him we would need him to come and inspect them before delivery.  The chairs are still here if he still wants to come see them and approve them. We have did our part with dealing with the manufacturer and getting new replacements sent to us.
