Mr. Wright, the inspector, was professional, punctual and thorough. I would have given a 5 star had the initial administrator or documentation had given information about areas that the inspector needed to get so we could have had at least one are cleared for him to inspect. The response by the administrator was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend and use this provider for services in the future.

5 starsSo this lovely looking house was the apple of our eye.. we both fell in love and decided this was going to be our next home… and like everything that is too good to be true ...this really was. ? Let this be your cautionary tale on why you pay for the home inspection and anything extra you can get for it.
The wonderful men Lyle H, Braden, Dave and amazing lady named Lisa from Wright home inspection saved me about $25,000 by being honest with me upfront about every concern that they had. Now I will tell you I paid extra for a sewer scope, termite inspection, radon check as well as just the normal home inspection you normally think of.? From the picture you would never guess that this particular property has issues. There is? extensive existing and new termite damage that maybe was addressed and might still be active depending on which side of the house you're looking at. You'd have no idea that the front of the basement all the way to the right hand side of it has extensive cracking (what they call a geographic hydrostatic something or the other fancy term.) What it means in Laymans terms is that the front of the house is slowly falling in on itself because it's unbalanced and water is still getting in. You'd have no idea that you will need to replace all of the sewer lines, because they have something called Orangeburg on one side and on the other, the previous homeowners didn't have a garbage disposal so there's food blocking all of the kitchen pipe to the road ....and it needs to be cleaned out. This is why you pay for a good home inspection ...because now I can confidently walk away from that particular home. They were amazing- I'll use them again once we find the next right place!Review fromAngela B
