    I bought insurance in September of 2023 for a yr till Sept of 2024. They cancelled my insurance June 23rd for no reason. I want reinstated or 119 dollars back. I have my policy an receipt. I have talked to them more then once went to their office. I paid for a yr in full. They waited 9 months to do this now I am driving without insurance. They wouldn't answer my last email. Plus they lied to me. Thank you ** ******** ***********************

    Attached is the mail from his carrier ******, that was sent to ** ******** at the address he resides at. ** ******** lost a proof of prior discount, the dec page from his previous carrier is needed in order to receive the discount. He has received notice after notice, an email thread is also attached to see where we did respond to him telling him exactly what we needed. The first billing went to ** ******** on 11/02/2023, the second went to him on 06/10/2024, then the final notice was sent on 06/28/2024. The insured failed to provide the required and his premium of $477.00 paid him until 06/23/2024, ** ******** did receive coverage for a total of 6 mths. His lack of following through is the reason his insurance is canceled.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    They sent me a letter saying I owed more money but the wouldn't say why. Then I drove 50 miles to see **** ****** he didn't know why I was cancelled. He tried to call them but no answer. He then sent me a email an said I needed proof of prior insurance. Well **** ****** had all that information, when I signed a year contract with him that's the first thing he asked me. I told him he wrote it down. I said can you call them an cancel, he said no. I would have to do it. So I did an got a 5 dollar refund. Done by phone. **** ****** just has to forward this information to the company..if I have a wreck I will hold **** ****** respectfully liability for any an all accidents. A lawyer said I have a years contract with **** ****** it would be good in court. Restore my insurance or refund part payment. No other way.
