    Castile Lawn Service was hired to cut the grass of the empty field that backs up to my property. On May 11th 2024 someone with Castile lawn service drove a riding lawn mower through our fence. The owner **** showed up at our house claiming fault (caught on our cameras) and said they would pay for the damages. We requested a quote from the company that installed our fence. I provided it to Castile lawn services; however, **** gave me 3 incorrect email addresses to send it to. We continue to reach out monthly for an update and have not received payment. I made a post to warn others today and was told I would only be paid if I deleted it. I have screenshots of everything. I do not believe the business is insured either as insurance would cover these damages.

    Better Business Bureau,    
         We have responded and discussed with ***** as well as her husband multiple times. We have sorted it with them and are agreeable to pay the damages. We do have company insurance and are able to submit that documentation to you. As stated in the letter as ***** was a customer that was incorrect. She was never a customer of ours and the employee we had we have terminated and dealt with the legal side of that due to damages he created. The ****** are aware that funds will be sent to them.
