Was really excited to use a ******* with this company but they specifically stated that I needed to purchase it through them. I do not mind doing this but I had an appointment scheduled for today and they only gave me a 30 minute notice prior to the appointment that the masseuse would not be available for the day in a text message. I mentioned to the company that this was unprofessional to give a 30 minute notice cancellation of an appointment and they stated they would not reschedule with me. I am completely comfortable with taking my business elsewhere with a more professional company.
Please read other reviews and make informed decisions. Very unprofessional reply’s and texts from this company. Don’t waste your money or time.
Update: When I posted this review they started to harass me through text saying I am ‘abusing’ them. Everything they said in text message was very unprofessional and not how a small business owner should act.
    They replayed with
“ Ma’m you are a bore. You have been dishonest in your review, as you received more notice than the 30 minutes you state here, and as you stated that to us, “30 minutes” it became apparent that not only were you dishonest, you are exactly the type of client we don’t want… someone from out of town who will never return, attempting to use an 80% discount from an online merchant, presumably because you have bullied and harassed other merchants… so glad we avoided the displeasure of meeting you in person, and avoided dealing with you, period. Take care, get lost, thanks for your review, funny that you tell people to not wate their money, when you haven’t sent a dime with us. Good luck to the merchants in your hometown.”
In text messages they said , “ Kick rocks.” “ Truth hurts huh? Maybe if you were an honest person you would feel differently. Bye” “ We don't tolerate abuse here... good luck” “ That's what we thought”
In my opinion I will not tolerate the harassment or unprofessionalism of the owner.
