    This has been by far the WORST experience I have ever had getting my car fixed.
    We dropped our car off on 9/19/2024. It was around close, so they would get to it the following day. They didn’t. They did call us to tell us that the cost would range from 40-120 for one part and 75-175 for another. We’re also told that we have to apply for a lease through Acima, and be approved before they would start doing work, which required me showing them how much I was approved for on the loan.
    They did not begin working on our car again until 9/23/2024. And at that point they had to run a diagnostic for the battery (as it wouldn’t turn on) and they went ahead and ordered a new battery (we were not asked if we wanted either of these things done), as the car was dropped off for a coolant issue.
    9/27/2024, we call to ask the status of our car (because we’re not being kept updated AT ALL), and were told they have to order all of the parts. That the total will come out to about $2400 (the amount my loan was approved for, wow!)
    We call again on 10/02/2024 and they tell us they’re putting the finishing touches on the car. We’ll pick up the next day, because they never called to tell us it was actually ready. We call on 10/03/2024 and they tell us the exact same thing. Finishing touches. We go in person, and they tell us they had to fully disassemble the car again, but thankfully not all the parts they said we needed were used so we’re only going to have to pay $1900.
    We call again today 10/04/2024, and they tell us the total is $2400 again, because they had to replace a different part. Did not contact us. Did not ask us if that was okay. Just went ahead and did it. And I want to know in what world you do anything to anybody’s order without asking them first, and why on Earth this business thinks that it’s okay to not keep their customers informed on what’s happening with their vehicle.

    1500 dollars for tires, oil change and alignment. The wheels were dirty and scratched. I didn’t have one scratch on my wheels now I have enough scratches after they put my tires on that I will never be back and I will never recommend them….I will tell others of my experience. On top of that it took them 6+ hours to get the job done! I should’ve went to Big O.
