I paid for a workshop with this company. It was a basic information session on they type of business and how it operated. Did not teach you anything about how to go about the business. At the end of the session, they asked for more money, monthly fee. It seems that the owner of this business is only making money from her subscriptions and not from this non-viable business that won't even make you minimum wage pay.
Once I finished analyzing all the information I gathered from the session, I came to the conclusion that I don't want to be part of this non-viable scheme that this lady came up with.
I promptly emailed the company and asked for a full refund since I am not looking to move forward with this and was told that they would not be honoring me with a refund.
I have not opened any of their emails and am NOT interested in pursuing this scam business.
All I want is my refund.

The class you purchased and attended was for beginners. We do not encourage anyone who already knows how to mystery shop to attend the class. The refund policy is listed on the checkout page and must be agreed to before purchasing.

Paying for training through a MSO is industry standard. And MSO's typically aren't run by one person but an entire team of people.
A scam is defined as "dishonest". The information given in the class is exactly what was advertised.
Use the information you learned in class to start shopping - many of the people in your class have already made hundreds of dollars by doing so.

I signed up 2 weeks ago and just took the class Thursday, I have completed over 6 shops and have about 10 more scheduled , I can't say enough good about this company and Mercedes . I would 100% recommend to anyone that is trying to make extra income and or full time !!!iShop

5 starsI just started with ishop. I heard about it from a Facebook friends post. I'm so glad I decided to sign up. So far I did my first shop, submitted the report, and received a high grade from the company. I have 6 more shops lined up and waiting to hear about 3 more that I applied for today.
