      On June 13th I purchased sun visors for my car online Napa auto parts. The parts came my brother ( professional mechanic) put them on he's done it alot of times on others cars, I wait to roll windows down for 2 days. On the 2nd day I roll my driver's side window down then proceed to roll it back up and the loudest crack I thought it was my window cracking no it was the visor cracked. So knowing there still under warranty I contact customer service, told me to send pics of damage and receipt the box it came from. I sent all that. IVE SENT OVER 4 EMAILS AND HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESOLUTION, NO SUPPORT, NOTHING. IM TIRED OF IT.I DID MY PART NOW THEY NEED TO DO THEIR PART. EITHER GIVE ME A WHOLE NEW SET OR I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Below I've attached many photos of proof, if you need more I have them...
