    8/05/2022. *** ***** came to my residence to discuss selling my home, giving me comparison solds, discussing price to sell, and discuss the contract. He immediately had me sign several forms all for his legal behalf, such as "Do not bad mouth me on Social Media", "Do not sue me, or you pay all my legal fees", "Go to mediation if you have a problem with me", etc. We then discussed a few items in the contract, me getting a home warranty. I already had one, and I reminded him the Sellers of this home purchased one at closing. He reiterated he wanted me to purchase one now at listing. I informed him I wanted 2 hour minimum before a showing. He said ok, but didn't show me anything in writing. He didn't ask how much time I needed to vacate after closing, & wrote in the contract that keys would be delivered at closing. ( I gave the sellers a full week to move out before I moved in) He also marked the box that said a home warranty was included, nothing about my option of purchasing this at closing. He has failed at his legal fiduciary responsibility to work towards my best interests. He took cell phone pictures of my house that turned out crooked. The same day while working to complete the contract online after *** left, I drove to see if I could find any information at the clubhouse about our new HOA Reps. When I returned and went to park my car in the garage I noticed a huge pool of fluid on the garage floor, got out, and realized I had a major problem with my car. As the time went by that night, it sunk in that with no working car, I could not leave for showings, and I have a cat that I must take with me so he doesn't get upset with a bunch of new people in His house, and asked *** to please HOLD OFF with the contract. He told me he took care of the contract without explanation. Day by day he asked repetedly for me to sign a new contract before my car was able to be assessed. I refused. After asking for a full release he demands 4,050. in payment for services rendered
