    July 7, 2023 I had an injection done at purple pearl and I told her where to put it in the fold of my chin she didn't put it there she put it my lower lip and I even got a blood blister in my lip that swelled and turned red and purple. Ihave been back and talk to ***** the owner and of course she said she did but she did not she charged me $500.00 for something I did not want I am very unhappy with the injection it is not where I told her to put it. I had this done on July 7,2023 and I have called three times and no one never called me back.

    Patient came in for an injectable in the fold below her lip. She was advised I could inject the area and recommended filler injectable. We had done filler in the past that she stated she had not noticed much difference. We did offer her a discount on her filler this time to make her happy. I explained to her that 1 syringe of product (filler) would not get rid of the line totally, however, it would soften the appearance of the fold. She said she could not afford to do more than 1 syringe and wanted to proceed with the procedure. I proceeded to inject her fold area below her lip with 1 syringe of ********* She did have one area that bruised during the procedure. After the injection I showed her the results and showed her how it had softened the fold area below her lip. We advised her to follow up in 2 weeks and made her a follow up appointment. She called to follow up in 1 week stating that she thought I had injected the filler in the wrong area. I followed up with her on July 14,2023 and advised her that she still had some swelling and that it would take a few more weeks for that to resolve. She came back to the office again on July 23,2023 stating again that she felt I had injected her in the wrong area and that she was unhappy with the results. I assured her that I had placed the filler in the correct area of the fold and that she still had some swelling. I did advise the patient that at this point I would not advise her to do anymore injections.

    I am rejecting this response because: I do not agree with her she did not put it in the fold of my chin she put it in right below my lip leaving a blood blister on my lip . i told her in the fold of my chin which  is way down by my chin not right under my lip. thank you for your help i feel like i just threw my money away.
