    My partner's daughter went to this business to get two tattoos. She is 16, so she needs parental
    permission to do this. She had another woman pose as her mother to get the tattoo. This shop is supposed to have identification, birth certificates, etc. to prove that the "parent" is the actual parent. They didn't do this, and, in doing so, violated the law. This girl now has two tattoos that were done illegally. The real mother would not have allowed her to get these tattoos, and the girl knows this. This is a clear violation of the law. This shop needs to be heavily fined and/or shut down for its egregious actions. The shop is giving tattoos to minors illegally. This needs to be stopped and everyone needs to be warned.
