    Hello, so I had purchased a house back in March of this year, big e waterproofing had done the foundation work back in November of 2021. When I moved into my house after a couple months I realized the foundation was buckling, big e had given a 25 year transferable warranty on the work that had been done. When I called ***** to take advantage of the warranty he told me that his company refused to uphold their warranties to anyone other than houses with brand new construction. I was and am obviously upset so I contacted a lawyer, the lawyer reached out and ***** then told him that his company had actually shut their doors down completely so legally couldn't be held accountable. I find this incredibly hard to believe seeing as after I called him today (from a different number so he didn't know it was me) he informed me that he would be out in valparaiso later next week and he could swing by and give me a quote for patching the foundation in my basement. If the company did truly go under then my complaint is null and void and I appreciate your time, however if the company is still working then he is both a liar and a scammed, thank you.
