    I purchased a metal garage from Ace Steel Carports on 7/17/2023 for $19,805.70. After the first rain I noticed the side entry door was leaking really bad. Upon further inspection of the leaking side entry door, I noticed the door gaskets surrounding the door were missing pieces. I also noticed that the door did not fit correctly into the door frame and this resulted in a gap between the door and the frame that caused additional water leaks.I immediately contacted Ace Steel Carports. I discussed the problem with the representative and she took my name and number. She informed me that the company would come out to fix the problem. A month went by and no phone call. I called again and spoke to a representative of the company and she informed me she would look into the situation. I never heard back. I called again and they informed me the owner would come out to look at the problem. Again I never heard back. I have continued to call without anybody calling me back or showing up to the job site.

We recognize and take full responsibility for the substantial delays in addressing and resolving the reported issue.
