      On February 20, 2022 I hit a large cut out in the road on ******* Avenue causing damage to my vehicle. Damages included ********, Flat driver's side tire, busted bumper. Hubler repaired the bumper, rim, tire through the claim with my ****************************************************** Progressive was to be reimbursed by The Town of New Castle for all repairs caused by the cut out in the road. In March, I dropped my car off for approximately 10 days at Hubler to put a new bumper on, Wheel, front tire, and I bought an additional front tire at my expense. Progressive had me in a rental car during this time. I received a message stating my car was ready to pick up. I picked it up and it had a clicking noise, so I contacted Progressive again and informed them. I took my car back to Hubler and was told it was a strut. Picked my car up after the strut was put on and the noise was still there and the same. I contacted Progressive again and by this point Hubler and Progressive were not returning my calls. Still dealing with this in June and the problem isn't resolved. Finally got ahold of ******************************* from Progressive who informed me that it is Hubler dragging their feet. I took my car up to Hubler again in July over the same clicking problem. Hubler stated both Axles from the right and left are leaking fluid. Progressive would not deem this because of the accident. Hubler told me to take it elsewhere because they are the most expensive. I took my car to ******************** the following Wednesday and they informed that there is no leaking on the axles, I took my car to Tire Barn in New Castle because the back tire kept leaking air on 8/22/2022. I had to have tire replaced and the Mechanic informed me that I had a bubble in my Passenger's side Tire, the tire I paid for from Hubler. I called Hubler and ********* from the body shop tells me there is no warranty on tires. I found the receipt that there is. I just want my car fixed properly as it should have been done
