This rental company does the bare minimum to rent out units. They charge outrageous rent and fees. If you're rent is late is ***** a day everyday, along with a ***** charge to pay any bills. They have rented out the unit next to us twice without fixing anything except repairing small minor things that would be noticed by a tenant. They have known about a leak in the upstairs unit for years and it still continues to leak. It was brought to my attention the other day that it had leaked into our hall closet again as it has previously and upon inspection of items stored there, many were covered in black mold which I'm allergic to and had massive amounts of water damage. Since I've lived here (3 years) we have never had anyone answer a maintenence request. My partner ends up fixing things himself. This company is out to just take money and leave their tenants with the bare minimum. They a crooked and need to be looked into I've been harassed with the possibility of eviction if my rental assistance doesn't go through (which im waiting on the government to approve it). And now as of this morning the property group has told me that they plan to go through with it because (it didn't take this long last time) Please save other tenants from this horrid company. This is the third "new" company to take over our home in 3 years.. First it was middle town property group, then Compass property group and now Stella Property Group. However I'm pretty sure it's all been the same company because nothing changes. Feel free to contact me with any other questions. I will attach some maintenence requests that were previously marked 'completed' but never were

Hi my name is ******* *******, I am the property manager for Stella Property Group LLC. I understand the concerns coming from this tenant. To our knowledge everything at the property has been fixed and maintained. The eviction is taking place due to the current situation and history of lack of payment and fault on the lease. Earlier this year we allowed this tenant to work towards getting rental assistance. Once that rental assistance was received everything was in good standing ledger wise. We then were told payment was going to be an issue again, in this time we found out the tenant has 7 animals in the unit. None of which we were informed about, causing another breach of contract. We do allow *** in our homes, although we do not allow 7 for 2 persons. Once the tenant started to get behind on rent again they were offered the option to vacate. The tenant denied this option so we took the approach of eviction. Once informed of another round of rental assistance, we canceled the eviction and waited. In this waiting period, we received no payments from the tenant. During this time, I informed the tenants their lease is currently up and we have no current plan to renew as their accounts are in bad standing with us. We then again offered the option to vacate, we were approached with another denial. At this current time we did file for eviction due to breach of contract, including lack of payment and pets in the home with no payment. Due to the repetition of this issue, there is no more we can do to prevent an eviction. Even with this eviction, we have offered an option to move out. That would supply the tenant with more than ample time to find another unit.
