    Well, my name is Nick ****** and my main complaint is customer service which sucks!! I ordered 2 tires with rims for my zero turn lawn mower back on Friday 4-14-23. I immediately got a confirmation number and the money was immediately withdrawn from my account however I’m still waiting on my tires and rims which is no big deal cause it hasn’t been that long. However I realized I made a typo on my e-mail address where they are going to send the shipping info of when it’s going to ship and how to track. So I have left a couple of e-mails and website messages to get this corrected so I can receive my shipping info and they will NEVER respond. So I’m just bouncing around in limbo hoping I get my ****.

    Ordered two tires and wheels from them and immediately after ordering, I realized they would not fit my mower. I could not find a phone number for this company so I went back online and follow their website for contact information. I requested they cancel but never got an answer. I continued to email them to request cancellation but never received an answer. Contacted bank and asked to cancel or dispute transaction and the bank did so. Finally found a phone number but like the emails, no one responds. The tires arrived and now I needed to ship them back.
    Then I sent this email to them.
    Immediately after purchasing these tires I realized the wheels would not fit on my riding mower and tried on numerous occasions to cancel this order but all my communications were ignored. Since you cannot respond to my emails or phone calls, I will leave it up to you to supply the necessary information to return these items and the shipping label to do so. If I do not hear back from you then I will assume you do not want them returned. I have attached a copy of your return policy and would appreciate it if you would abide by your set policy.
    This is my written notice to return these items so please treat it as such. I am very disappointed that you have not made one effort to get in touch with me.
