  I am rejecting this response because:

  I contacted them from a flyer they put out in our neighborhood. **** quoted me $1500 for the whole job. I think my job fell through the cracks. Should have repaired first and then power washed it next then stained it. So the power washer came on the 7th of May. I paid him half of the total $760. In the mean time **** went on vacation. His subcontracted repair man came next and put some concrete down the hole of a post that needed replaced. He informed me he would not replace any posts. I told him not to do anymore work on the fence until we could all three meet again when **** got back. So we all met and they said what they would do and not do. At that point I told them to just give me back the money he owed me. He said he would be fair. He quoted me $300 on the power washing. That was all the work that was done, so he owed me $460. To this day he has not paid me a cent back. He claims they did the work, which is not true.

  We had a down payment of $760. I subbed out the Powerwash scene of her fence both sides which was 450 which was paid to a subcontractor. We had the fence repaired like on our proposal which was paid to a subcontractor of $100 I had five service calls to her house. Her fence is ready to be stain. She is a nut.

  Also, once my subcontractor Power washed her fence she wanted 80% of the fence replaced and there was nothing wrong with the boards we’ve been doing this for over 50 years. She has no idea what goes on in Construction or how it works that her fence is ready to be stained Power washing was completed. Fence repairs were completed, but she wanted 80% more replaced, and that was not part of the deal so she’s not happy. She’ll never be happy. I tried to tell her we would help her but she said no I told her I said we already spent this money on the subcontractors, but she wanted it all Back Not happening. If you can see on the estimate, one post one fence, slat power washing, went up due to the size underestimated, but that would not change to finish product

  By looking at my proposal of the whole job was a full quote no additional fees power washing cost more. She has no idea you clean the fence first to see what needs to be replaced only three boards needed replaced and one post we did our job. it’s ready to be stained.

  I am rejecting this response because: I really don't know how **** would know they did any work after the power washing he was out of town on vacation. When a business quotes $300 for the power washing job, a customer expects that amount. I paid him $760, so in my business sense he owes me $460.
