    Sun out, solar praise on elderly people, then tells them that they’re going to save massive amounts on their electric bills and this does not happen.They block all your phone numbers you can’t talk to anybody. The guy is name is Curtis ***** I’ve had more than eight or nine people contact me on this matter this game needs to stop. I hope this is what you wanted.

    The customer was sold a system with a potential offset of 60% and as of yesterday when we checked it was producing 77% offset. We have offered to contact C********** on his behalf if he is not receiving proper credit for what the system in generating. He has yet to supply us with any copies of his recent bills.
    Our sales rep recently changed from a 270 to an 812-area code phone number and has never blocked anyone. His email address is always available as well. And the company phone is available 24/7 for calls.
    We feel that we provide a fair product to the market and stand behind our installations. Based on our findings I disagree with the review that has been given and would like to resolve the issue by reviewing recent bills to see if there is any assistance that we could provide to the customer.
