    On 11/11/2022, my daughter went in for a haircut at this salon. C started haircut around 4:20pm and around 5:40, I stopped him to cut her hair after several attempts to correct his inexperienced skills. I asked another stylist to correct his mistakes and she cleaned up the hair less than 15 min. They charge me $45 for the haircut that C did. I paid that and gave $20 tip to the stylist who corrected the haircut. On 11/12, I got a call from their salon manager, my family is ban from going there after several years of being their royal customers and they even used our hair pictures to promote their salon. They were not apologetic about how C was inexperienced and unlicensed to cut hair. It is against law for unlicensed person to cut hair without notifying customer first. I would want my $45 back I paid for my daughters haircut plus 50% same day cancellation per their policy for my haircut appointment on 11/12 equals to no less than $27.50(calculation based on $55 price for senior hairstylist haircut theyve charged me before) and ask this salon to start notifying customers about unlicensed hairstylist they have at all time.

    The complaint came from a client's mother, the mother started to yell and scream at our stylist and was not allowing him to finish the cut even though it was only halfway finished. It only took 15 min after C dried it for the finishing touches to be done. The client was fired because of her yelling and disrespectful attitude towards our employee. When stylist C asked what the mother of the client wanted him to do, either finish the cut or have someone else take over, the clients father got in our stylist face and was very threatening and made both stylists on the floor very nervous and uncomfortable. As well as not explaining the whole story, the women in this complaint has lied, stylist C is licensed and is a new talent level which is disclosed to clients, this makes his prices cheaper and his timing longer. The following morning the clients mom was called to tell the family they were no longer welcomed because of the manner in which the spoke to the stylist and the threating manner her husband acted, to which she screamed and cussed at the manager before hanging up.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. 

    I do not accept their response because I never yelling and screaming to C and did not cussed at the manager. 
    It does not support their story if they were so threatened by my husband and I, why didn't they ask us to leave right when that happened but continue to work on the hair and collect payments from us? I think their reviews tell all about how consistently they are providing bad service.
