    They alter everybodys time to their advantage. Like deduct in the morning and evening deduct more. whoever is running their books is not open with the information. They are cutting hours out of your check and just paying you what they want to. They are having people work in dangerous work conditions. Like men working in 10 foot deep holes with no protection from a cave-in. last year they had a man buried alive. They did absolutely nothing to prevent it from that day forward. Their turnover rate is 8 to 10 months. You will never get a check with the right amount of hours on it. They do not give you pay stubs with your check. Any dispute that you have on ours they will never listen to it. they have many illegal Mexicanos. They allow people to drive without licenses. they are installing city sewer and water. There are multiple homes that are leaking. The sewage is leaking under the pad of the home. They are a very self-centered company. The entire crew is completely under surveillance microphones video cameras in the trucks. I dont mind them listening but they are using very maliciously. They are making people work out of state that do not want to. If they do not work out of state they will be fired. There are many OSHA violations going on. and everyone that parts ways with the company. Never gets their last check. And I am pretty sure they are not keeping enough taxes for every employee. And they deserve to be audited so the federal government can see that they are not conducting them self in a professional manner and they or avoiding paying taxes. they do not provide PPE to everyone. It is just a very crooked company.I have never worked for anyone like that company. They truly need looked into and anybody looking for a job with that company needs a way to see that they are very crooked. I do appreciate you listening to my complaint. I verify everything that I have said is 100% fact and I would truly love to see a change in the way they conduct himself for employees
