A client may reschedule a booked service and at least 24 hours notice to cancel. You will still be charged for an event that is forgotten to cancel however you may rechuled this paid service for another date without extra charge.
Our goal is always to give our clients a memorable experience of safety and delight (which means we don't overbook so we can give each client special attention). But If a client is not 100% satisfied with the service provided, we highly encourage you to contact us so we can provide a solution for the service. If we cannot come to an agreeable solution we will issue a refund.
A client has 7 days to inquire for a refund.
