    KFC *************, *********** - ** #G135803 on April 11th,2023 we went through the drive thru and ordered an 8 piece bucket, with a side of mashed potatoes/gravy and coleslaw, plus one extra large coleslaw and a large fry. The girl taking the order in the drive thru couldn't comprehend my order and it took 4 times repeating it to her cause she couldn't process it correctly?Finally on the 5th time she repeated it back correct; 8 piece, mashed potatoes/gravy, 2 coleslaws and a large fry!It came to $39 something, I questioned the price when I got to the window, she read it back and said how much it was by the prices, and I said well the 12 piece would be better for the price, she said yes and was going to change it but the cook said he didn't have enough chicken for a 12 piece and therefore couldn't oblige?, so I paid for the 8 piece. She handed the bag out the window and my wife checked the order as I was pulling away and said there are NO mashed potatoes/gravy and we got 3 coleslaws and a fry.... So I pulled back up to the window and told her our mashed potatoes wasn't in the bag, immediately another girl walked up to the window and said "we are trying our hardest and if you don't like it you can FKN leave" and the cook yelled out and said "I'm the cook and you didn't order that" and was cussing at us, and another guy came forward and said he was the "manager" and told us to leave we didn't order that, and said he was going to call the cops, and stated he's having a bad day, his shoulder hurt he was in pain and something about his daughter? which didn't give him any rights treating us that way. In fact as we was waiting on our order the girl at the window had closed it and you could hear the employees yelling at each other and arguing, when she opened the door I ask her if she was the manager (this was before we got our botched up order) and she said No, and I said well your raising a lot of h*** with the others, and she said good one! Then handed the order.We never got our mashed potatoes/gravy, and each one of the employees that day seemed like they was on drugs? just saying cause the guy saying he was manager asked us "what day we ordered"? which didn't make since, we never left and just ordered and didn't get what we ordered? The chicken was almost black, the grease in the fryers hadn't been changed in quite some time as the meat was pretty dried up, so basically we paid $39 something for ********'s? I'd really like to see those employees gone and someone else come run the place, as it use to be WAY BETTER and now it's a dump! I'll never go back - the time before this when we went our order was botched as well, the gravy was spilled all inside the bag and my large fry had 8 French fries in it, seriously, and all ran by the same employees.....
