    Breach of Confidentiality: Janet Keesling has discussed MY confidential client information, including sensitive financial details, with third parties. This breach of privacy is not only unethical but also potentially damaging to clients who trust the facility with their personal information.Involvement of Personal Disputes: The owner has inappropriately intervened in person matters, specifically a child custody battle involving my brother and his daughter. This unwarranted involvement is highly unprofessional & demonstrates a disregard for personal boundaries and client privacy.Unsanitary Facility Conditions: The facility, including the **************** areas, are consistently kept in an unsanitary condition. Notably, as the facility is used by children, there have been numerous occasions where dog excrement was left in the lobby area, creating hazardous and unpleasant environment for guests. The client bathroom is never cleaned & guests are to place USED sanitary products in a covered trash can without any kind of lever to lift the lid--so they are contaminating themselves again after hand-washing. This lack of cleanliness is particularly concerning, given the presence of young visitors & raise serious health concerns. Client mistreatment: The owner has used harsh language & tone with me on numerous occasions. Janet Keesling creates a hostile environment and is highly unprofessional. Unfair **************** of Refunds: My brother and I were dismissed on Aug 9th, as an act of anger from Janet Keesling. At the time, we held a lease for a horse named Will that was only 4 months into the lease. There is no exit clause or early termination penalties listed on the contract at all. We were dismissed without any proper notice or any kind of compensation or refund for the other 10 months we paid in advance. GIven these issues, I urge the BBB to conduct a thorough investigation into Janet Keesling Stables. In short, clients aren't treated with dignity & respect.
