Tech arrived as scheduled and listened to our requests, then did what we asked. We are the middle unit of a triplex, so we had to be here to let her into the back yard. She removed the existing spider webs before she sprayed, and she even closed the garage door when she left--which even my husband sometimes forgets to do! I recommend this company.AAA Exterminating Company, Inc.
