  I applied for an apartment through this company. I went to view an apartment 10/4/24. After viewing the apartment, I was absolutely interested in applying for the apartment. I paid the $60 application fee just for them to email me the same day saying the property was off the market and is no longer available. I'm currently in a shelter for DV and was seeking a place that was close to me job and somewhere I could feel safe. I was offered to visit other properties but I would have to pay for another application. I'm scared if I do they are going to do the same thing again. It's not fair that a company or person can just take money I work hard for and keep it!! Not giving a legit reason like I didn't/don't qualify but just to take my money because the property is off the market is wrong. Why would they have me to go through the process if it's off the market? How many other people are getting ripped off? I feel violated and something needs to be done about this!! It's not right at all!!

  I am sorry that the unit you were interested in was leased. Sometimes this happens - we pull marketing right away if there is a lease signed on a unit. 

  If you pay an application fee, and the unit is rented before we get the application, then we will refund this application fee. All applications are good for 60 days - you can change your unit applying for without paying an additional application fee. 

  Please contact our leasing department if you would like to transfer your application.

  The person they have renting the property out is nice kind and understanding and then you meet the maintenance and management team and they **** big time. Ive been here for 2 months and I have been charged a maintenance fee when in fact the maintenance does nothing. I asked for repairs to be done and now Im being chattfor maintenance to come out but yet and still I pay a maintenance fee monthly. They lack communication skills as well as professionalism. Im looking for. New place as we speak I cannot tolerate poor maintenance and communication. They charge me a maintenance fee monthly but does nothing I ask. And trying to charge me for maintaining things that are maintenance related.. please help

  *******, sorry you are having trouble. I reviewed your account. There is only one work order open on your property, all work was completed with photos, and you were not charged anything for this work. You are requesting cosmetic upgrades and additional amenities added. You are on a subsidized section 8 lease, at a fixed rent amount. We will not be adding fencing, railings, and doing cosmetic improvements to this home. It has passed all the *** inspections, and is a safe, clean, and functional home. In your lease, you agreed that the property was acceptable to you in as is condition. Your continued reviews and complaints will NOT change our decision not to complete cosmetic upgrades. You have a lease break provision, that allows you to move out with a lease break fee. I recommend you use it and find a home you will enjoy.

  Extremely poor communication! If you don't constantly push them they won't get anything done! After fighting with then for over a month I've parted ways. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Don't do business with these people.
