    Semi truck broke down so I called a road side mechanic and he said it was my drive shaft but he could fix it same day. We towed semi to location he said to tow it to which ended up being a truck stop. He said the drive shaft broke a lot more parts and I needed to pay for parts upfront so I sent him all of the funds for parts which ended up being around $4500. He kept trying me he was waiting for a part that was on back order and 4 weeks went by and he calls me and let me know the truck was towed and impounded because it sat so long. I found the impound lot and it was already there for 2 weeks so we ended up having to pay $2500 to get it out. He told me he would return the parts and use that money to pay for the impound fee but never did. Also told me he had a shop at the beginning but then let me know he dont and only does roadsides. As of now hes still saying hes going to pay for impound fees but I realize hes not going to pay for anything

    I own a trucking company and had a truck break down in Mount Comfort, In on March 16 of this year. Called ******* out and he stated that he could have the truck fixed by the next day. And he wanted the money for the parts before he ordered them and that they would be there the next day. Well the next day rolled around and magically the parts to fix the truck never showed up. The truck broke down on a Wednesday and by that Friday the parts still didn't come, So my driver was stuck out in ************* for the the whole weekend. He stated that the truck would be fixed on Monday, March 20th. Well it wasn't and trying to get a hold of him was getting harder and harder.. So we we ended up sending another trailer for our yard in ****** **, to switch the load over to so he could deliver the load. That was done on March 22nd. and still haven't gotten my refund for the parts that never came

    On June 27 2022 our motorhome transmission quit on I465 in a construction zone. We called Indiana Roadside Assistance **** for help. Our motor home was towed to ******************************************************************************************. ***************************** (Indiana Roadside Assistance ****) assured ** he could install a new transmission. ***************************** stated he could install a new transmission for $4800.00. He was payed $3300.00 up front for this new transmission. Time passed (July, August, into September) during this time ***************************** assured us he had the transmission. Then he stated the engine crank shaft was cracked. Finally, on September 11 we had the motor home towed to our home. We called ***************************** and he said he would deliver the transmission since he was going to ******* ****. We have called many times only to receive no response. No transmission has been delivered.

    Business truck broke down ask for assistance with truck. They came out connected machine to ******************* information said it was the ejectors said they could fix it that they needed to order parts stated they need payments for parts up front guaranteed it will be there with in 2 days need less to say my son stay there for a week he got the run around they said they would order somewhere else when the claim it didnt come in and that they would front the money it will be there in 2 days never came. We asked for our money back they said it should take a few days to get the refund never came while we were there and still havent came. It went from I will mail you a check to my daughter passed away to Im selling my truck will give you the money and so one. One lie after another we still dont have our $ ********
