    Transaction date July 8, 2021 in the amount of $252 Items were "Pre-ordered" & paid through PayPal. I followed up with company several times through email for updates & was told the items were delayed. The delay was being pushed further & further & now the company is no longer returning my emails. I contacted PayPal to open a claim but the transaction occurred over 180 days ago so they will not provide any help. Again this was for a PRE-ORDER which has become normal most recently with collectible retailers. I did not realize that the PayPal transaction was completed even though I didn't receive the item. My order (#*****) is still pending. I tried several methods to get in touch with the company & found several of their social media sites had been blocked or locked from any type of communication. Their website is still active and taking orders and also actively selling items on their **** account (user: *********************.
