    I took my kids which consisted of me my husband, his mom, my two-year-old my 15-year-old stepdaughter who was injured with a back injury my nine year-old stepson, my 10 year-old daughter and my nine-year-old stepsons best friend for his birthday in October 2023 I tried to sign up online everything didnt go through so we proceeded to go to the park with only a reservation on hold. When I got up to the purchase counter and said that we needed passes to celebrate my turning nine-year-old stepsons birthday. He said it would save me money to do the upgrade and that everything would be included. If he did it the way he rang it up as a membership instead of a one-day pass, and then I could cancel anytime due to our hectic busy schedule with both girls, playing travel softball and my stepson playing travel soccer, we did not have the time to go every month to this facility. It was just for a birthday celebration. Here we are in February **** and Im still getting charged $83.83 every month for everybody that went that day I had to buy passes for me and my husband who did not jump or play on any of the facilities equipment had to have passes to be there with our kids, so not only in my locked into a contract for 12 months and the only way we can get out of it is if theres a death, a permanent disability or if we move 25+ miles away they will not let me cancel or downgrade the membership even though I never signed anything other than a physical liability, waiver, saying that theyre not responsible if someone gets hurt, how is this legal???
