We were very shocked at the ****** up charge for the one hour labor and ***** dollar parts we needed.McCormick Electrical Services, Inc.

We unfortunately are surprised by the entire situation. The ******** scheduled an appointment with our company and were made aware of our Service Call fee prior to us sending a technician to their home. When the technician arrived he looked over the concerns and gave them a quote to take care of the problem. Mr. ****** signed/ authorized the acceptance of the quote and we proceeded with the work. We completed the work received authorization that customer was happy with the work, collected payment and left. (we have documentation we can share if you'd like to review the authorization's) We did go back out the same day a 2nd time as something was overlooked there was no additional fee for coming back out. The next day Mrs. ****** called back in stating the bathroom light was still not working so our Service manager talked to her and told her we would get her technician back out to her home and reassured her if it was related to the first visit there would be no additional charge. She also share with him how amazing we were. Technician found there was a wire disconnected on the back of the light fixture in the bathroom he corrected the issue for no additional charge Mrs. ****** stated she was extremely happy with how we handled everything and the technician left. After leaving Office Manager called Mrs. ****** to verify they were happy and she stated she was very grateful for our "high integrity" and our tech was an extremely amazing individual.
The next morning I had a mutual friend contact me and share that Mrs. ****** had made a post on ********************** about her services and charges. I tried to call her and talk to her to find out more. I left a voicemail for her to please call me back. I finally reached out to her in ******** to ask her to give me a call which she stated she would not call me.
We have recordings if the BBB would like to review of all the audio as well as any of the authorizations by the customers.
This is a true case of buyers remorse as the customer was aware of the charges before work was done. She was extremely happy after the final visit. Had customer been willing to communicate with me prior to going to ************ to share her frustrations I may have been more open for discussion.

We were without lights in half the house! McCormick got someone here the next morning. He was very professional and immediately figured out the issues and fixed them quickly. The bill was reasonable too!McCormick Electrical Services, Inc.
