    We have paid a fee of $410 for driving school and behind the wheel hours. Our son completed the driving school and was told that he would only be allowed to complete his driving hours closer to his driving test. After trying to arrange time to complete the the driving hours the instructor failed to respond in a timely manner and when communication was finally achieved, no suitable arrangements could be made to complete the hours offer with the owner claiming that it was our fault for not being able to arrange times when we were at work. We requested a refund and told that there was not refunds. According to 5. Of the stated contract with the driving school it claims that no refund would be given if the school was able and willing to provide the services. We defend that the school was not willing or able to complete the driving hours within a reasonable time frame. We are no longer in need of the schools service due to the Indiana BMV requirements stating that after 9 months past the child’s 16th birthday, driving hours are no longer required. Seeing as that time has elapsed we would like a refund of $375 for the driving hours not completed.
