    We hired ***** ***** of Wells Construction to rebuild our garage/barn on May 28, 2023. He was to purchase the materials, lumber, tresses, metal siding, metal roof, trim and labor. He had excuse after excuse why he wasn't starting our job. Supplier of materials was backed up, kids sick, finishing up another job, on and on. He told us he had the materials at his house. We offered to pick them up, but he edged around it. In September tresses were delivered. The shipping order said they were only ordered 2 days before. The posts, sill plates, and framing lumber were delivered a few days later, but we were not at home, so we don't know where they came from. He returned and put the poles up. He worked from around 10am until 2pm each dat he was here, usually no more that 2-3 days a week. He told us that he was having difficulty renting a crane, they were rented for a month in advance. We trapped the lumber to protect it from the elements. October 31 was the last work he did. He texted that he was very sick and wouldn't be out in a few days, October 31 through November 8. After that he would not answer my text messages. He has not reached out to make resolution. He has been sued by others in 2023. We had to buy two storage containers for tools, items from garage. We also had to buy a prebuilt two stall building for our horse. Those purchases were $3,500.00.
