      Meyer Renovation LLC offered misleading information on their price quotations for their Renovation proposal, they did NOT stand behind their quoted services, cut every corner possible, did not come to the job site more than 6 times in 7 months, offered no quality control, no oversight of their tradesman nor their own employees, their crew did not respect my home nor my property, I am still trying to grow my grass back where debris had been left lying around for months, their HVAC firm ( Meyer HVAC), changed brands on my heating unit as well as my air conditioning unit without consulting with me, Meyer HVAC removed my homes foundation blocks (4) without any discussion whatsoever with me ( the homeowner), their woodworking firm left a crooked wood fireplace *************** trim, also he used dull blades leaving ripped wood edges on holes drilled for shelving, I have Sharpie marker bleeding through my newly painted walls where contractors wrote notes during initial construction phase, a lack of surface prep preceded many areas that were painted including new doors, I am missing electrical outlets where the architect had noted them on the plans, the new construction portion of my home has no house wrap, has re-used vinyl siding where new siding was promised in my price quotation, the new and old siding dont have the same color nor the same profile so moisture gets in between the vinyl grooves, I no longer have any exterior electrical wiring to my existing landscape lighting nor to any electrical outlets in my landscaping, my bathrooms dont vent through the roof to the outside, even through it was specifically called out to be corrected in the construction plans, the hot water heaters exhaust pipe was coated with NON-flame resistant foam, the furnaces Exhaust pipe was Found to have flammable yard debris down in it ( leaves, sticks, etc.), a visit to the crawlspace revealed new flooring had been installed over old moldy flooring. I do not recommend ****** firm.
