    We paid this company almost $10,000 to pour our driveway. We asked if it was ok to pour since the weather was turning cold . He said yes that they had some sort of chemical they would put in the concrete so that it wasn’t a problem and that they would use thermal blankets during this freezing period we had coming up. So they poured it and covered it the first day. The second day they came and took the thermal blankets off because they needed them for another job. That night it was 17° and then it snowed. After the snow melted, we started to notice that it was flaking and pitting. He said it was because it froze and that he could fix it. So for a whole year, we listened to him tell us that we had to wait till it was warmer to fix it and then once it was warm every few weeks it was a different reason why he couldn’t come. The holes just keep getting deeper. I would imagine every winter it will get worse until it has to be ripped out. When he was promising to fix it, he asked that we pay for the supplies. Which is crap, but my husband is very nice and agreed. Even with that he never actually showed. We’ve had several people out to look at it and no other company wants to touch it because they say it can’t be fixed or that “the fix” is temporary and won’t hold up. To say I’m very disappointed would be an understatement. It looks like he has a good rating, which is surprising given how underwhelming the company has been to us.
