    11/12/24 Truck dropped off to repair shop, invoice for parts & labor total of $2894.80 paid in full ($1200 cash and $1694.80 credit card) 11/18/24. Expected repair 1 week as standard for this type repair from other shops & as discussed with ** ******* After multiple requests for updates, repair to be completed, and truck returned in good mechanical order the shop closed and move locations on 1/28/25. They have not completed the repairs, the truck had to be towed on a flat bed trailer to a different shop. The engine would not turn, there are multiple missing parts that we purchased or were broke by the shop. They will not return our key and key fob after multiple attempts. The building owner from the space they moved out of reports they were evicted, the local police department reports they have multiple complaints against the shop owner. We have filed a dispute with our credit card company for the portion of the bill paid with the credit card, the remainder was paid in cash. We have now incurred additional expenses in towing, repair bill to the new shop, replacement of key/Fob, and missing parts, mileage on other vehicles.

    --2 Days borrowed and 144 miles driven on cousin’s vehicle @0.67/mile $96.48
