    I placed an order for the offered gummy product and it was delivered May 27th. I ordered utilizing the buyb2 get 2 free promotion so my order should have contained 4 packages, it only contained two. I emailed the company about this after verifying on their website that I, in fact, did order 4. I attached the same photos I sent here showing 60 count packages. The **** ********* has responded repeatedly stating that they were out of the 30 count so they sent 2 of the 60s. There is nothing on the website about a 30 count package, they only advertise for 60 count. This seems like bait and switch. If I am shown a package that says 60 gummies, why would I think that I am ordering a 30 gummy package?When I placed my order for the buy 2 get 2 free offer, as shown in the attached, it was advertised as 60 in each package and now ********* is repeating that they were out of the 30 count (I have attached the first email I received from her). There is nowhere on that website to see nor select a 30 count option.This "explanation" does not resolve the issue, the resoution is to complete my order for the remaining 2 packages of 60 gummies each and stop trying to deceive people.I personally know of one other person that this has happened to and she was given the same response, frankly I thi k EVERY person who ordered and was sent a shorted order should receive what they paid for instead of lies.

    They have pulled a third payment from my account since I filed my complaint.
